Senior Director
Jeremy Shackle is senior director of EB5 Group. He leads the firm’s strategic growth, including business development, marketing, and compliance.
Jeremy was previously a senior director at EB5AN, where he managed the consulting and regional center affiliation business. He has been involved in more than $500 million of EB-5 investment and led the production of offering documents for more than fifty investment funds. As head of compliance for a group of 15 regional centers with more than 150 sponsored projects and over 3,000 investors, he was the principal author of the firm’s policy manual and led the team that retooled its affiliation business to operate under strict new regulations enacted in 2022.
His career spans nearly three decades and includes the management of more than $100 million of new development projects in the U.S. and Latin America, real estate debt originations, and consulting. He is an expert business analyst, financial modeler, and business plan writer.
Jeremy earned a bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a post-baccalaureate certificate in Finance from the University of California at San Diego. His professional memberships include the American Economic Association, the Investment Migration Council, the National Association for Business Economics, and the Urban Land Institute. He serves on the Best Practices Committee of IIUSA, the trade association for the EB-5 industry.
A Minnesota native, Jeremy currently resides in Texas with his wife, Ana, and their cat, Levi.
